Location: Venture 73 is south and west of the Town of Fairplay. Directions to V73: take Hwy 285 South from the Fairplay stoplight turn right on CR 18, go right on Coil Drive then left on Circle 73.  The majority of lots are on Circle 73 with a few being on Coil Driver prior to turning onto Circle 73.
